In 1993, a land mark project took place which has served as a precedent for all those to follow. A joint venture between the National Forest located in Northern Wisconsin, and numerous user groups were assembled. 4-Wheelers worked very closely with the Forest department in efforts to make this unique trail restoration project a shining and land  success. Besides saving the Pipeline trail from extinction, for the very first time in Wisconsin, the "Four Wheeler" was now being recognized as an organized, tangible user group. In this corner of the recreational community, lies a story of hope, success and a look at the future. Here is their story...
